Hello; Im from USA, I have been searching to whom I need to speak regarding of how to franchise a gas station since I am US CITIZEN soon to be DUAL CITIZEN.

Thank you!

The initial start up capital requirements are relatively inexpensive considering the franchise for these gas stations. What’s going to cost more is the location, as commercially zoned land is ridiculously expensive.

Do any franchise consultants on here know if their companies have in-house commercial real estate brokers who can help look for commercially zoned real estate for sale? I am interested in starting a Petron Micro Gas Station with 2-3 pumps. However, it is incredibly challenging to find commercial real estate along a national highway or major road.

Hi! I am interested for a bulilit gas station preferrably 1 pump only if available if none then i’ll go for 2 pumps..i need somebody who can assist me here..thank you.
