Investment Cost and Franchise Fees

• If interested to own a Minute Burger Franchise, the franchisee is required to get at least three (3) stores and a maximum of five (5) stores.  The company believes that with this number, this is where profitability comes in.
• The franchise package for two (2) stores is P360,000.00.  This amount covers the initial investment for the two (2) stores.  The two (2) stores should be opened in the first two months and in six months time, the third store should be made available.
• The breakdown of the fees are as follows: P150,000 for refundable stock bond and P210,000 for non-refundable fees.  This fee is also inclusive of the use of the brand, full use of MB system, franchise fees, license to operate.  However, construction cost, equipment and working capital are not included in the franchise package
